2018 Mourvèdre

Blackcurrant, dark raspberry, tea leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, white pepper, garrigue, rosemary, sage, fennel, star anise, pine needles, petrichor, plumeria. On the palate the initial burst of bright red fruit gives way to earth and spice with bouquet garni, paprika and tea leaf. The fine grained texture is well defined, building across the mid-palate to a fresh, complete finish.
